All submissions to JTRAS are initially checked for plagiarism and verified before being sent forward to be evaluated by an editor to decide if they are acceptable for peer review. When an editor approves a manuscript for publication, it is sent to two subject experts for review. Since each article is assigned a code name and the author's full identity is deleted from the manuscript, each review is fully anonymous.
